I have that too, and I just hate it. I actually wash my car careful not to spray the windows because I know for TWO DAYS I'll have to put up with having spots.
The rubber isn't tight enough or what?

I'm thinking about putting maybe a wiper blade rubber strip along that somehow to ensure water doesn't constantly drain down there. I'm with you. It drives me f'ing nuts.
