Well, I'm all for owners right, when I was on the local Republican Executive Committee, I had many arguments with our president abut the smoking amendment. I don't smoke (well, sometimes a good cigar, maybe a few times a year, but never when dining out) and he felt that he should have the right to tell owners they had to ban smoking, I'm at the other end, if I don't like something, I let me $$$ speak, let the owners choose, after all they are the ones paying the taxes.
