British Racing Green (aka Irish Green) originated back in 1903 when an International GP was taking pace in Dublin, Ireland (in the Phoenix Park). As a mark of respect to the Irish Hosts the British Cars were painted Shamrock Green. This then continued on into further events ....hence BRG.
