It isn't easy to create a great logo, but a good one needs to be able to be printed in one color on a T-shirt. Both of those would need a 4-color press and would be expensive. I know there are exceptions, like Grateful Dead, Stones etc...But well, they are icons.

I agree. The roulette wheel idea could work in B&W and could be hand painted in color on the base drum, eh?
