I have removed the rear seat from a 924.
The seat bottom is held on by some clips on the top back of it and is also glued on. I think you can acces the clips by pulling up the carpet in the back it didn't take much to pull the seat bottom out after removing the clips. The seat back is held in place by a bolt on either side of it. It would be easier to remove the seat back after the bottom section of the seat if possible. I removed the seat back first so I'm not positive that the bottom can be removed first. The problem I ran into was the bolts holding the back on hit the bottom when removing them.
