I wish to commend both of you! I have been keeping up with this thread. My mirrors work just fine, NOW! I went through all of this about 7 or 8 years ago, because my mirrors did not actuate the same, to the proper little "joy switch" movements. I had to remove them, and found a couple of the wires that were not in the proper location in the socket connectors for synchronized movement. I fixed that. All has been well in the kingdom of the mirrors ever since.
