I'm joining the crowd waiting to hear your verdict with interest.

For your initial re-tune up, you might consider riding around with your TwinMax (or better, dual vacuum gauges) so as to ensure parallel operation all through the whole rev band (makes little sense to tune in the driveway under no load). The BBS and Bowden adjusters interact in a wicked way that can't be sorted-out at the usual minuscule throttle openings (like an equation with a bunch of unknowns). This is especially important if the matched-pair balance is appreciably better than the old injector balance (Bosch supplies BMW just to 10%, Adam Wade says).

In addition to feel-good balance (valuable in a Boxer, of course), there are two aspects to your change: there's possibly increased volume and better spray pattern. The RC injectors may or may not improve the top end based solely on fuel volume and all bets are off (till you report back) about benefits across the rev compass.

But as with going to more precision carbs (that is, anything but Bing), low rev (and idle) atomization/flow may get a big performance boost with your better spray pattern. It may not be your primary interest, but enhancement down at that range may be the most obvious change.

The large size bores on the TBs may be a reason the R1100S idles so poorly and high. If you can bring your idle down and make it smoother, that will indicate your new injectors were a wise mod. In any case, another criterion of performance you might consider.
