I ran the hijack just for kicks and then went to the forum. Holy moly, what a complex deal!

It reminded me to run my Spybot program and that speeded things up!




I use Avast as per recommendations found here. I've had no problems other than a few cookies.

BTW, I also have Lavasoft, but I guess they terminated their free program. It seemed to be more thorough than Spybot. Any thoughts?
