This pic looks like a really old version of the Weltmeister sway bar adapter bracket. Is used on cars that came without a factory rear sway bar. It clamps around the torsion tube to simulate the pivot bracket that's welded to the chassis on factory equipped cars.
Can't speak to the drop link pics. never seen that before. But with the above bracket, you can mount just about any rear sway bar.
