An aftermarket, low-pressure fuel pump will cost around $30-$40. However, my wallet tells me to fix the leak (if repairable), especially if you're going to replace the whole system. The original fuel line can be suspect or the hose clamp could be loose. Replace it with some fresh hose from the auto parts store. If the pump is leaking from the housing, then it might not be repairable.
