I've got to go out to the coast to fix my dad's 911SC power window. I can weigh the motor, but the regulator and stuff...eek don't wanna pull that unless I have to.
What i do know is that the 1978 motor is huge compared to the motor in my '84. At some point Porsche switched to a much smaller and compact motor. I don't know if the window regulator changed. I think a look at PET would shed some light. I'm still waiting for my cd rom copy of the parts catalog to arrive. At that point I'd be able to look at parts numbers and such.
