i think it's like 36 psi.
also if it isn't getting any fuel. turn it over for 30 sec to allow pressure to build up in the rail then take the little nut off at the front "use rags to catch the fuel though" and if it should spay/seep out, if it's dry as a bone it's either a line blocked or your fuel pump is bad.
