I've never seen oil pump bearings.
Are you refering to th intermediate shaft bearings?
If so, there shouldn't be a problem with getting a set. The're pretty common and should come with a rebuild kit.
Pelican carries them.
I wouldn't think that a camshaft part on a VW would be interchangable with a Porsche motor... but stranger things have happened.
Maybe someone else can shed some light on that one.
