the most stressed item will be the pistons as they are higher compression then the turbo by at least 2 CR points. Other then that internally the 930 and the 3.2 carreras are very very similar. You will need the following to get your conversion done
BEGI rising rate fuel pressure reg
protomotive ign/fuel mapped chip
turbo
waste gates
bov
header/stock 930 exhaust setup
oil feed line
oil drain setup (bat inc has all the goodies for that)
a custom pressure pipe to the barn door AFM
and thats it. good to go
it will have great power
