Have you checked your credit statements? Any "interesting" activity on them? Get all three of them and pore over them for signs of shifty things.
Lock down everything, and call everyone and alert them that this has happened. Change passwords on EVERYTHING. Make sure that the password contains one capital, one number and a space or _!!!
