I haven't tried that yet but one of these days I will. Some of the screw holes must be oversize so you can adjust the alignment I'd guess... What I do know is this - do the alignment with your tail installed. When I installed my OEM carrera tail it changed the shape of the deck lid enough that it now looks misaligned. It's probably only a mm off but it doesn't take much to be noticeable. Good luck! Eric H 87 Targa
