Did you measure the voltages at the fuse positions? Or maybe changeout the fuses with fresh ones,.? (probably so...just saying "visuals" don't always cut the mustard)

Make sure the bulbs are ok (changeout?)

Then on to the stalk switch inspection/measurements/replacement.

YES,..the relay mod IS quite easy to install,..total DYI and direly needed if not installed...tons of info on it,..plus, the vendors of choice are quite helpful if needed.
