I tested voltage at the plugs for the headlights and I got 12v on the low beam but when I clicked on the hi-beams I got nothing.

I didn't check the voltage at the fuse.

I didn't check the stalk switch for voltage measurements either. Not really sure how to do that. Direction on how-to will be appreciated.
