Most definately aftermarket. The "Made in Italy" and ET15 are the indicators.
That offset is for the 74-89 911's. If they were OEM, the ET would be more like 52 or 65.
Not a big deal as you can use them without spacers as opposed to the OEM which typically require 1 inch front, 2 to 3 inch rear spacers.
