Fuel delivery pressure.......
Michael,
Check your fuel delivery pressures. Since you said you have ignition (spark) at correct timing (???), good compression, and fuel with metered air, the motor should start or run. I like hook up a CIS fuel gauge during initial start-up of my motor/s.
Double check the ignition timing. There were several instances were people inadvertently set the timing 180° off. Compression is easy to verify. And confirm the fuel pressure is sufficient so the fuel injectors make uniform spray pattern (mist). Keep us posted.
