Assuming Chili is classified as a soup. It's hard to beat a bowl of hot and spicy chili on a cool day and a very fresh hotdog bun sandwiched around a steamed Kosher dog! I like to have a few bites of the dog plain at first to savor the flavor and then start dipping into the way too hot to eat chili. I prefer to moderate the amount of chili and juice on the dog as opposed to pouring the chili over the dog which turns the bun into mush.

I'm getting hungry.
