Didn't noticed this until safety inspection (failed). Can they be taken/broken off without damaging the Fuchs wheel? What is the c-clip part (2) that holds the brake line underneath? It just keeps the lines from moving too much. I also have a loose wheel bearing upfront right wheel. In three months it won't matter because I can register it as a "historic" vehicle and I won't have to deal with emissions and safety insps
but its still three looong months.
