I'm more familiar with earlier cars so I may be wrong here, but I believe there is a relay for the horn on your car. On earlier cars it is a round, black relay located by the fuse box--usually toward the font end of the car, close to the battery.

You may wish to check that, but you may also want to use the search button and look for some similar threads as things get a bit tricky with the horn contact button, spring, and connectors, when replacing a wheel.

Again, I'm not sure of the relay position in your year car, but it's a start and others with experience will post soon, I'm sure.
