You might also try to buy an old Craftsman at a garage sale or Craigslist. I have an old Craftsman that my dad purchased in about 1977. He gave it to me 15 years ago and it is a beast. I haven't done anything to it at all except cleaning. The only problem is the weight. It must weigh 60 lbs.!
