I am always looking for a group of local enthusiasts to take a spirited ride and this sounds like a nice event.

I am not 100% sure but I don't think there is an actual person named RCDolner. It appears RCDolner is a GC and/or commercial construction management firm. I just did a quick Google search, found their website and got the below info from their website. I used a little deductive reasoning and I guess they got the name based on the partners of the company as I highlighted below from text taken from their site:

RCDolner is a privately held limited liability company. The three partners, Roger Chartouni, Anthony Dolce and Stuart Koshner, maintain a constant presence on every project.
