If I were going to buy a car for $40,000, from someone 2,000 miles away, and I were looking for a 100/100 car, I would spend $300 on a plane ticket to go look at it.

The car is 11 years old. It's a USED CAR. The dealer is trying to SELL that car, and represent it as best they can, without breaking the law. I mean, doesn't EVERY American who's EVER bought a car know that?

And, seriously. "Um . . . . yes, Mr. McDougal, I just needed to disclose to you that there's some used motor-oil buildup on the right rear caliper, and the bright red color of the caliper has kind of faded to a sort of 'ruby-red' color.
