That stinks. DO take care of yourself and take it easy.
I've already done a poor job in the off-season after getting my shoulder all but rebuilt
(still has most of the original ball, socket, and cartilage) and have set myself back at least twice. Yours is more serious and you're possibly more stubborn and cantankerous than me even, so BEHAVE you!!!

Too true. It's funny that the least intelligent/articulate/balanced/behaved/informed/decent end up being the most vocal and prolific. Good times.
