Bill, thanks for your time on this very serious matter. Jony, thanks for coming forward. I am guilty of maintaining my motorcycles and cars alot better than myself. I`m 42 and have elavated levels of chol. and trig. I work out and run a little but need to do better. I also like having a drink or 3 or 4 every night... Either after the gym or after a business trip and then a lot on the weekends... we are very social and have no kids. lol. I have started eating better though. I am going to lose about 15 pounds(now at 200- 5`10) and get a check up to see where I stand. I wish someone could mark this thread as a mandatory read.
