I've bought a few refurb items in the past. I prefer a factory refurb with an as new warranty. I bought a Makita cordless drill from
http://www.cpomakita.com/. I've bought a refurbished monitor a few years back and have had a couple of other items. I've never had a problem with anything refurbished. Usually the stuff looks brand new.
