if the picture is right it looks like it has been welded in two points. once where it goes some what horizontal, looks like the lap weld broke, and again where it kicks up.
i have one laying around that is in better shape than yours, if you will reimburse shipping i'll give it to you for free.it is pretty light weight probably under 5 bucks to mail it.email a private mess. with particulars.
