I have this badly worn steering wheel I'm not sure if it should put in the garbage of if someone can use it. I used it for years with a leather cover which covers most of the damage. It has paint over spray on it. Attached are some pictures, please give me your opinions, can someone use it or is it garbage. If you want it just pay $10 to ship to the conus.
