That's the oil temperature sensor that you're pointing at. The canister like thing above and to the right of it is the oil pressure sender. It appears that there is a bolt installed in the oil pressure switch (idiot light) position.

Okay, thank you. I always get it mixed up in my head with the thermotime switch.
