Hi:

I have just purchased a nice 944 S2 cab. The car is in great shape. However I am puzzled over the seat belts. Both the driver side and the passenger side belts have a twist in them at the shoulder. I can not see behind the panel to see if it is twisted there, but from the way it retracts it does not seam to be. I can twist the belt around so that the twist is across my lap, but this is not right in my mind. Maybe this is how it is in this car. In my other cars the belt lays flat across my shoulder and lap.

Do the belts on your 944 lay flat across your shoulder and lap?
