My wife sells outfits online and was told by a customer of hers that after February 10, any clothing without a tag indicating that the garment is non hazardous cannot be sold or even given away.
She also told her that garage sales, thrift stores, and Goodwill, Salvation Army could not take garments anymore because of the new restrictions.
It doesn't make a he## of a lot of sense to me but I told her I would ask the Pelican brain trust.
I found an article regarding lead paint and new PPM laws but read nothing about clothes.

Is this lady a dingbat or did something get by us consumers. I realize you deal in only new but , being in the industry, I was hoping you could help.
Thanks in advance,
