I can tell you what I know about my clutch job but this is the only Porsche car I have worked on.
The 912e has a 915 trany with a smaller output shaft that takes the 914 type clutch and flywheel. When I put mine back toghter I had the throwout bearing lined up with the ears on the arms of the fork that moves the throwout bearing. This is wrong it moves the bearing .75 of an inch to close to the flywheel. The little ears on the throwout bearings hould be at 90 degrees to the fork. This was the only odd thing about the clutch job. Thanks to John Walker for pointing me in the right direction on this repair.
