There was a RL thread about this recently iirc. The guy in Australia seems to have a great reputation. You send them a photo of your key and they're able to tell which code it is and cut you a new one.

If you only have one key, I wouldn't be sending it off in the mail or UPS. I've had too much stuff just randomly disappear and that would suck if it was your only key.
