Are you sure that the oil line fitting going to the turbo may be spitting oil. I've heard of some lines in that area leaking. If you can wrap a white cotton cloth or towel around the fitting area, it might give you a clue if it's from there. Of course clean up the area first on the tin and IC pipe to get rid of any earlier deposits.
