Yep..as Leo says the boot is made by Paul Champagne and the shifter was recovered by him to match.
It would a big job but I always thought about raising the console higher so that cup holders could be inside the center glove box. Increase the angle its meets the dash so that it over shoots and one could add a POP UP NAV above the center air vent. Kinda like Aston Martin does it.
