Go to "User CP" in the blue bar just above the list of threads or the thread you have open and to the left of your screen. Select "View all subscribed threads" in the blue bar below your list of new threads and on the right side of your screen. Check mark the threads you would like to delete your subscription to on the right then go to the pull down menu at the bottom of the list right below the boxes you check marked and select "delete subscription" then hit "Go"
