For future readers:
If you take off the spring tensioner it is held in place by 3-13mm nuts you will have a difficult time seeing. Do not separate it from the backing plate. Do not attempt to reset the spring tension.

It does make it easier to replace the timing belt if you remove the entire unit.
When the unit is replaced and the 3 hidden nuts torqued, loosen the pivot and set nut/bolt and gently move the pully side to side a little bit. Retighten these 2 nuts again after setting tension.

NEVER turn over the engine with the pivot and set nut/bolt loose!!!!!
