I assume that the motor is leaking oil near the cooling fan. If so, it could be a couple of things,
1. Main seal
2. Oil Gally plug ( I thing there are a couple)
3. Oil cooler
4. Oil cooler seals
Good time to take the motor out an install all new seals.
