Just look at the intakes on hugely powerful normally aspirated cars like Vipers or TVRs; They don't need as much intake capacity as this particular 190bhp Porsche is equipped with, so it is just a waste of time and effort.
Porsche would have fitted such a cheap solution if it was really going to enable more power to be produced.
