David I have to agree, not only on the dog issue but on every issue. What is wrong with people, and this person is most likely a parent who is teaching their kids to behave in the same manner. I have a neighbour who believes his yard is natural. It is covered in weeds and raspberry bushes that grow out of his septic bed. When the kid wants to play he would bring him over to my lawn to keep him out of the weeds and poison ivy. To which I normally reply that I had just put down some chemical so he had better keep his son off. As to saying that she picked it up so whats the deal, if both dogs took a crap and she scraped it up would you like to sit on the lawn in that spot or have your kids play on the lawn in that spot.
