So if I read your post correctly, it is a $50 fine if you do pick up after your dog, which indicates to me that MA is truly more screwed up than CA, which is saying something.
What is the fine if you don't pick up after them? What about if somebody spits on your grass, what is the fine for that, or do you just yell at them?
