Most of the cars for sale say something like PPI at buyers expense. But if I pay for a PPI on a car and decide not to buy it, I would want to be reimbursed from whoever does buy the car. How about the seller get the PPI, post the results, and add $50 to the price of the car?
Just thinking out loud.

Normally, a shop will only give the PPI results to the person who paid for it.
So, you pay for it, it's yours. If the seller wanted to buy it from you, I guess you could try to do that. But if I were the seller, I wouldn't pay you for it. It's not much use to the seller.
