Given your mild state of tuning, I doubt you'll get much of a performance boost. If it runs well, I'd leave it alone and save your mod dollars for an exhaust. Better yet, suspension if you haven't addressed that yet.
It goes without saying that the cheap crap on Ebay doesn't work.
