Some people have had success freeing up a sticky ISV with WD-40. In this case you are using the WD as a solvent rather than a lube, so be liberal with it. Won't make any difference if the problem is elsewhere though.
Another thing you could try is re-seating the chips and connectors in the LH/EZK boxes(also see if they are 3rd party chips). If that fails maybe send them to one of the rebuilders like John or Rich and have them check them out.
