My son is involved with a few major artist, one pop another rap. Even at their level its 16 hour days 30 days on 2 days off, and both artist are the top of their music genre. My daughter is taking a break from the entertainment law firm is was interning at. Their client's include include metalica and the kid who invented guitar hero.She had heard stories about how difficult it can be. Both kids say that the one common factor is that the artist is driven to excel in their field and never quits no matter what anyone says.

Thanks so much for the insight. This is all new to me... I was hoping he would lose interest, or at least change genre. When he was younger, I had a friend of BB King, teaching him how to bend strings, play blues, and classic rock... I was getting a return on my investment.. then he changed to this stuff...
