IMO:
The premium price you "might pay" for a 74 Carrera is cancelled out by the engine swap. Yes, it's probably a MUCH better car now, but it's not a collectible anymore. Seems like a pretty nice car, though, but not at that price. If you can investigate the "good" points and feel like it's together enough to warrant that price, then sure it seems like a great car.
