Maybe I can help with the tool. Email me your full name and address. I will box the tool up and send it to you, just send it back when done. I have seen the seal put in the a hammer before too.

Make sure the flywheel surface where the flywheel seal rests is not groved. Easy fix with a (Speedyseal?). Also, the dowel holes in the flywheel must be round and not oval. New metal seal too
